梶浦 由記（かじうら ゆき、1965年8月6日 - ）は日本の作詞家、作曲家、編曲家、音楽プロデューサー。小・中学生の時にドイツに在住していた。92年にユニットSee-Sawでデビュー、2年の活動の後ソロ活動に転向。アニメやゲームを中心として、CM、映画などの分野で活動している。その独特な深みのある楽曲は、ファンの間で「梶浦サウンド」と称されている。
